Gucci mane has release new 3 new Cds

Gucci Mane has release 3 new cd's, seems like the world can't get enough of him, so he has went Global. With  DJ Drama & Guci mane - The Cold War( Guccimerica), DJ Scream & Gucci Mane- The Cold War (Great Brrritian) and DJ Holiday & Gucci Man- The Cold War (Brrrussia). These seems to be the Dj's that bring the best out of Gucci in there series of mix-tapes so he stuck with the formula. So for my Gucci fans here it is, even though he is in constant rotation on the radio. I had to show case one of Atlanta favorites.

Gays Pepper sprayed Buju Banton concert after he came in peace!

A violent groups of gays, pepper sprayed the crowd after a Buju Banton concert in San Francisco, CA. This type of action should be not be committed to make a statement. It seems the gays are the true violent ones and plan to stop good music at any cost. They need to stop with the fake properganda, and the derailment of our reggae artist. Buju will be here in Atlanta on the 24th of October and we welcome him with open arms as we did 17 years ago when he release the huge hit Boom Bye Bye nothing will ever change. We let the gays parade around Mid-town Atlanta in such a disrespectful way, and no one was harmed. But now we have to hire extra security at our Reggae concerts, just for the militia gay protesters, and there violent ways. As quoted by Buju!-

"Them come with demands which I and I a go flop dem right now, because give thanks to my culture and upbringing I coulda never endorse them things. I can't sell myself out, neither would I do that in a thousand years," he continued. "I love everyone in the world. I don't love no special group from another group. There are other needy organisations out there."

Copyright Royalty Board Requires Census Reporting for All Webcasters Except for Small Broadcasters

Pass you some info, put out by David Oxenfords, Broadcast Law Blog. This is for my webcasters so pay attention.
The Copyright Royalty Board has ordered that most digital music services provide "census reporting" of all songs played by their service, along with other information including the number of listeners who heard each song each time it was played.  The decision, published in the Federal Register today, is a follow up to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking about which we wrote here, proposing this new permanent rule to replace the interim requirements that required that digital music services provide that information for two weeks each quarter.  The only exception to the new obligation was for "small broadcasters" - i.e. those broadcasters who are only obligated to pay the minimum $500 annual royalty. These small broadcasters will continue to report on the songs that they play for only two weeks each quarter.
The new general rule requiring census reporting applies to all digital music services that pay royalties to SoundExchange for the public performance of sound recordings. However, the obligations set out in this general rule do not replace different rules that may be contained in settlement agreements entered into between services and SoundExchange.  Settlements with recordkeeping exemptions include the broadcaster settlement (summarized here), which give stations the ability to exclude some of their tuning hours from the census reporting requirements that were included in that settlement, and the noncommercial settlement agreements summarized here.  The CRB decision also excludes those services where per performance reporting is not possible (such as satellite radio services where there is no easy way to count performances).
For nonsubscription webcasters, the recordkeeping requirements require monthly Reports of Use which must contain information including:
  • The name of the service
  • The type of service (specific categories including broadcast music simulcast, broadcast simulcast of news program, music webcast)
  • The featured artist
  • The name of the song
  • The ISRC Code of the song or, instead of the ISRC Code, the following information:
    • Album Title
    • Marketing Label
  • The number of performances of each sound recording
The details of the obligations for webcasters and other digital services are set out in the rules published in today's Federal Register.  These are not easy rules to meet without using one of the commercial services that assist in counting performances.  These services can also assist services in completing the digital reporting requirements set out in the rules.  Digital services that use music should carefully review these rules to make sure that they are following the requirements set out in these rules.  In recent meetings, SoundExchange has indicated that it is going to emphasize reporting requirements, and potentially take action against webcasters who ignore their obligations.  Don't become an example.

F.L.Y Swag Surfin

Considered the most anticipated Rap group from the south according to there myspace page, (www.myspace.com/fastlifeyungstaz , another Rap group hailing from the Atlanta GA. They currently have a song in rotation Swag Surfin, however I like Mr Lenox better. I remember in January, I was in Jamaica and played the song at a dance and the crowd went mad. Yes I DJ sometime, but don't expect any mix-tapes from me anytime soon. I bust the song first internationally, so all other DJ's give me my props. If you need to contact them,
FOR BOOKING & GENERAL INFO Contact Quota Entertainment at  QUOTAENT@GMAIL.COM and you can also call your local radio station and request "Swag Surfin" by F.L.Y. - Fast Life YungstazZ   Check out the videos. Fast Life Yungstaz (F.L.Y) - Party Time (Surf Party) video             F.L.Y Mr Lennox

My Falcons put it on the 49er's 45-10

My Falcons came out victorious on the San Francisco 49er's. 45-10, I remember the days when I cringe just at the thought of playing them, but those days and that era is now over. Not with Roddy White scoring on 91 yard drives, and Mike Ryan at QB, the 2 combine today for 8 catches. 21 points togethe ending their five game home winning streak. One Game  out of 1st place, everything will come with time!
